Though everything else may appear shallow and repulsive, even the smallest task in music is so absorbing, and carries us so far away from town, country, earth, and all worldly things, that it is truly a blessed gift of God.
Here I am, practising hard to play Mendelssohn’s Violin Concerto in E Minor Op. 64 at Johannesburg. Will take the stage after 3 decades in end Jan ( if alive). Last performance was in 1988 at Birla Academy Auditorium, Kolkata just before I made the first mistake of my life.
