Bailey, our Boxer puppy, got a collar yesterday. Bailey thought it was useless to have a collar and in-fact have been viewing it very suspiciously. He knows that collars are meant only for human beings, for those men who like to show off their detachable and fixed collars as fashion accessory, fully cognizant of the perils of getting suffocated in them.
Bailey is aware that collars are a vital part of dog ownership to fix ID and vaccination tags. Yes, of-course, the leash as well, when Bailey goes out of the gate. But are you aware that your puppy can be at a risk of being strangulated by its own collar, or have mouth and limb injuries, have skin issues, can damage his own neck and have a general discomfort.
Bailey doesn’t like men who wear collars and hate those who wear collars with ties. Ties – Why the hell does people wear it ? To prove their virility they wear this funny phallic shaped cloth which points to the wearer’s genitals. Bailey does not need to have a tie, his genitals are always unabashedly exposed and his virility is beyond doubt. Just let it two years and he will be the father of six puppies. He is proud of his nudity. He is a Boxer. Then why the hell does he have to wear this stupid collar ?
